Located in historic Hull Village, this classic ocean summer home was owned by one family for 90 years. Not much had been done over the years except adding layers of siding which masked its character. 

As layers were peeled away, the new owners discovered the home’s original design details and are restoring its charm. 

A new organization of rooms will give this former summer home four seasons of use.  Restored windows will provide awe-inspiring views of Hull’s sunsets and seascapes ensuring many magical summer nights for the new owners.
