Renovations and additions to a Victorian home

Just a few blocks from Frederick Law Olmsted’s celebrated Emerald Necklace of interconnected parks in which Jamaica Pond is located, these owners took advantage of a 30-foot rock outcropping to create a waterfall and new “Jamaica Pond”. 

The project included a master bedroom tower suite serving as a viewing platform for the site.
